Keeping up with your 2025 fitness goals? Need a boost to get into the Club more often? Just looking to change things up a bit? We have you covered with our Spring into Action Fitness Challenge!

From March 17th to May 25th, all Members are invited to take part in this challenge by completing the events below and logging them with our Front Desk team. All Members who complete the challenge will win a prize and have their name entered into a draw for a grand prize!

For the Heart

Complete 9 sessions of cardiovascular exercise for a minimum of 30-minutes per session. Some options/equipment available at the Club for this event are: treadmill, stair climber, stationary bike, elliptical, ski/row erg, cycling classes, and swimming.

For the Muscles

Complete 9 sessions of weight training for a minimum of 20-minutes per session. The best options for this at the Club are free weights, selectorized weight machines, barbells, kettlebells, body weight, Pilates, weight-based classes, and resistance bands.

For the Lungs

Complete 9 sessions of mobility, stretching, and recovery for a minimum of 15 minutes per session. Some options for HIIT are sprints on cardio machines, sled work on the turf, Jacob's Ladder, air bike, squash, swimming sprints, row/ski erg, and HIIT-based classes.

For the Joints

Complete 9 sessions of mobility, stretching, and recovery for a minimum of 15 minutes per session. Some options include yoga and recovery-based classes, mat work, using recovery tools such as compression legs, foam rolling, stretching, meditation, and band work.
