James Corcoran

Personal Trainer

I have been in the fitness industry for over 25 years. Since graduating from the Fitness and Lifestyle Management Program at George Brown College, I've worked as an endurance coach, personal trainer, head coach of the TAC triathlon team, and a spinning instructor.

I also have extensive coaching experience with guiding athletes to Ironman World Championships, Olympic Distance Triathlon World Championships, qualifying for the Boston Marathon, to completing their first triathlon.

Currently, I enjoy competing in triathlons, which have included the 2016 Triathlon World Championships (top Canadian in age group), Ironman Canada 2004, and Ironman USA – Lake Placid 2005. I love fitness but, more importantly, enjoy the challenge of helping people achieve their goals.
